Jonathan provided excellent customer service with just the right approach so we did not feel pressurised but he was on hand to answer our questions and guide us to the products we were interested in. He was very customer focussed unlike a lady on the desk upstairs in the store who seemed more interested in her smartphone than the customers (us included). It was also interesting to know that Jonathan knew about the construction of the product as he had visited the factory and he could explain exactly how the mattress was built and the care taken in sourcing local materials.

Penny who assisted us was very knowledgeable and friendly, we were so impressed with Penny, the manager John and also all the other staff who helped us choose our bedroom furniture we went back today and ordered a further bed, mattress and two bedside cabinets, after looking all over Bristol we found Dreams to be the best quality and price for us.We are very satisfied customers and cannot speak highly enough of all the store staff.Thankyou.

The Assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. She took careful note of my requirements and gave me the opportunity to try a number of different types of mattresses without rushing. When choosing the right size bed for my flat, with which I required storage space again she was very knowledgeable. She made choosing colour for bed and headboard and type of headboard easy. Overall what could have been a difficult purchase was made easy and I felt I had bought the best for my needs.

I was served by Penny at the Cribbs Causeway Store. She was extremely helpful, showed me a range of mattresses explaining the differences between them. She gave space and time to let me try them out and there was no pressure put on to buy. Penny explained details of price, delivery, re-cycling the old mattress and went through the paperwork explaining things clearly. Her product knowledge and customer service skills are excellent and she makes a wonderful cup of tea!

Our Sales Assistant Penny was really friendly, she clearly saw we were so confused in what to do when buying a bed, and she guided us through the process really well. She let us enjoy our "bed buying" experience and we got to try all mattresses to our comfort. With tea and water to accompany. Her product knowledge was really good, and we came away buying our dream bed that is super comfy and in our price range. She was very approachable and super professional.
