Penny was a good customer service assistant, knowledgable, friendly and spent the right amount of time with me. Even when I asked for military discount after producing the bill, penny dealt with this professionally and courteously.

I was greeted warmly and asked if I needed any assistance and when I told Grace that I just wanted to look around I was left in peace to try out the beds . Grace however gave me a comfortable pillow to enhance my experience when trying the beds . I thought this was a nice touch She was available when i needed her to answer my questions.

Outstanding service throughout the entire process of buying a new bed. A warm welcome awaited us when entering the shop and a detailed description about the bed we were buying. Jon & Grace were polite and understanding of our needs and went above and beyond to help us decide. When finalising the transaction Grace made the process quick and easy, her excellent customer service would be an asset to any organisation. Jon who did the majority of the sales pitch was superb and again is an asset to the company. He ensured we felt comfortable in store without feeling pressurised into buying. Would recommend this store to family and friends.
