There was a good spread of choices and prices laid out in a logical manner, which we were able to browse with ease. The staff were helpful and clearly knowledgeable but not pushy.. which was refreshing. We were looked after by Grace... who was great

I was offered assistance quickly. Karolynne attended to my needs without being overwhelming. I felt I could browse at my leisure while getting help when I needed it. There was a good range of products laid out in a sensible fashion.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome we were not hassled to purchase but we were given advice by grace on what she advised we choose a mattress we were in and out in no time great service

Jon gore was extremely pleasant, His knowledge of each product was impeccable and made my mattress buying experience fun, and informative.

The lady who helped us in store (Karolynne), was working on her own today, but she made sure she acknowledged every customer in the store and she was very polite and professional. Karolynne answered all of our questions and gave us some really useful advice based upon what we'd told her about ourselves. She made our shopping experience really easy and tailored to us and we are now really excited about receiving our new mattress. Thanks Karolynne.

Very easy process in store, very pleased with the price as the same bed somewhere else was more expensive!
