The service was excellent and the person who helped me was very friendly. She gave me clear explanations of the different products, offered refreshments, and found a nice balance between knowing when and how to help me and when to leave me to explore the products by myself.

He understood what I was looking for a gave me plenty of time to try the mattresses and ask any questions. He explained the differences between the mattresses so I could make an informed decision.
