Entered store, politely greeted able to browse products without pressure. informed advice given as required by a friendly sales person, offered coffee whilst we browsed.

Your colleague was very knowledgeable about what would best suit my needs. Every question I asked he had more than 1 alternative to. There was absolutely no pressure placed on me to make an instant decision or purchase.

Grace understood we were buying a guest bed, we wanted a good bed and reasonable price. Grace showed us a number of alternatives and discussed the pros and cons of each. We were very pleased with our decision, and look forward to delivery in due course. Thank you Grace!
