Karolynne was very knowledgeable and understood our needs. (Partner has a hip problem and I have a lower back problem). She was always available to answer our questions and pointed us in the right direction. Can't wait to get our new bed now!

We were asked if we needed help and this was available as soon as we requested it. While we were looking we were offered coffee. The assistant understood what we needed and gave us very knowledgeable advice.When we had made our choice we were advised of our right to change after 30 days if we needed to. We were taken through the purchase procedure very quickly. There was a very friendly atmosphere in the shop.

We received very good service from the member of staff who both took time to explain the choices available and gave sufficient space and time for us to make our decision. The layout of the shop was good and product differences were made clear.

The sales assistant, Melanie at the Cribbs Causeway store was incredibly helpful. She stopped what she was doing instantly to help me and was knowledgeable. Even though I had a product in mind, she went through alternatives in case I could get something a little less expensive. She helped organise delivery and was able to recommend the care package for my item. Made something I wasn't looking forward to doing completely painless and stress free!

Grace was very helpful. She was very patient and knowledgeable enabling her to help with my personal needs in a professional manner.
