The service provided by the members of staff was excellent, particularly that of Gemma, who walked and talked me through the product range I was interested in purchasing that day. She was very understanding of my needs and demonstrated a very helpful, knowledgeable and professional manner throughout. A delivery date was agreed and times explained, which I have to say worked perfectly. Big thank you to Gemma and Dreams.

Jonathan was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us, just gave advice as and when and left us to try the beds for ourselves. We'd been to the store a few times and he remembered us, giving us a friendly welcome and asking after developments with the house we're buying. Jonathan made choosing and buying a mattress so much easier and made it an enjoyable experience for us - thank you Jonathan! The rest of the team were really friendly and did so much to help us. A lovely atmosphere in the store too, everyone was so happy to help. Thank you!

It was the type of base I needed for a mattress I already had. The assistant was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I needed, not necessarily in the store but what was in stock which was suitable for what I required ie: not a divan, had to have space underneath, no bottom board, anyway I shall see if it is ok when it arrives here next Wednesday!

Melanie gave us all the information we required about the mattresses. She wasn't over bearing like some assistants in stores. She was knowledgable , quiet and respectful to us, the customer. The mattresses were colour coded which was a great help as you knew which ones to try out.
