All members of staff were really approachable and helpful. I liked that James would come and talk to us, show us a mattress then leave us for a little while to test before taking to next product. Never once felt pressured.

Both Joe and Gemma had a good range of knowledge without being pushy. They were patient and friendly. When we decided to leave the store and return at a later date they were not at all bothered by all the attention and assistance they had already given us.so we felt comfortable to return without being pushed into a big purchase we weren’t happy with.

Sales assistant Karolynne was very knowledgeable and friendly and extremely helpful especially with the elder lady I had brought in to look for a new bed. Offered us tea we which accepted, offered a pillow for her to try with the bed, and we did purchase a new bed. And paperwork didn’t take to long. A good experience
