James ( I think that was his name!) was extremely helpful. He wasn’t pushy. He gave me space and time but was also on hand to answer any questions I had. I didn’t feel pressured to buy which made me relaxed and able to make a decision about my purchase.

No pressure. Very straightforward info and ordering. Everything we needed to know explained thoroughly. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The lady we dealt with at the shop was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were a little clueless with where to start and she really took the time to explain everything to us. We also didn't feel like she was just trying to sell us the most expensive mattress and took the time to show up the cheaper options too. A great asset to your company!

The service we received from Gemma at the Cribbs Causeway branch was absolutely perfect, she approached us in a very friendly manner and helped us understand the differences between each product. I received poor service from Harvey's and Oak Furnitureland, I was not even offered help in either store but when I stepped in Dreams, Gemma and another colleague greeted us and identified our needs. We will strongly recommend Dreams to any of our friends and we will be using Dreams a lot in the near future.

The store assistance from Gemma was outstanding from the get go, explained everything in detail about the mattresses we were looking at and described the feel of them perfectly, she walked us through the bed cover service plan and we were highly pleased with what was discussed and the out come of the visit.
