We were met after browsing some items, the advice was clear and relevant and non-intrusive. We were not pressured and every effort was made to make us feel comfortable with the selected items.

I phoned shop before hand to be told the mattress I was asking about was not only in stock but it was cheaper that the makers website. We made a journey to the shop to try out the mattress before we purchased it. I was also given a very good service on purchasing some new pillows. The sales assistance was very knowledgeable on not only the mattress but the pillows as well. I have never been onto the store before but was very impressed. We will be returning to purchase again for another member of our family. We went to the stores in Cribbs Causeway in Bristol. Sean was our assistant and he knows his stuff.

I was highly satisfied with the knowledge and helpfulness of the assistance I received,I would of never known about how having the correct pillow for your person could change the way you sleep so much.also I was extremely satisfied with the 8 year cover you can get on your mattress and frame. Didn’t feel pushed into buying anything. Just loads of in depth knowledge about the products ,that was very helpful.
