Very informative staff, made it easier to know which mattress to choose and suitable for the bed we had picked out.

Staff very very friendly and even made me and my wife a cup of coffee. Went back next day seen the same lady and ordered a new bed and mattress and headboard. Very pleased with purchase and service.

As soon as we entered the shop ( Cribbs Causeway) we we're welcomed in and asked if we needed assistance by Gemma. Gemma was knowledgeable and spent a lot of time ( and patients) with my mum going through many types of mattress/ pillows that may suit her which was much appreciated ( I know this is her role but she has a nice way with people).

Was very impressed by staff, gave us time to think about what bed we would like and then allowed us to test different mattress to find one to suit our needs.

Sean was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me understand my options. There was no pressure to buy the most expensive, he focused on finding me the most comfortable bed. A cup of tea was a nice touch and did what he could in getting a discount.

Karolynne was exceptional, really friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! We were greeted with a warm and friendly smile, asked if we needed any assistance and shown the products that matched what we were looking for! She got us a pillow that suited our needs and we were even offered a cup of coffee as we got given time to browse what we had been shown, she had a wicked sense of humour and made us feel completely at ease! The order process was simple and painless, all in all, an absolutely tremendous shopping trip! Definitely will be recommending to family and friends! Thank you karolynne!
