Gemma spent lots of time with us and made sensible suggestions. She had good knowledge and was extremely polite. Could not fault our experience at all.

The service was excellent! As soon as we walked in, we were offered assistance and expert advice. She listened to our requirements and advised us accordingly. The sales assistants name was Gemma and her knowledge was highly satisfactory! She was very professional and was always available to answer our questions and advised us without ever being pushy! She is a credit to your store!

Helpful friendly staff (gemma) really knowledgeable & listened to both our sleeping needs. No pressure to buy or pushing more pricey items on us. Apologetic when PC was having a minor melt down, but kept us informed through out. Let us have a wander on our own before making final decision, no pressure or pushy sales tactic.

Entered the store with very specific requirements - Joe (store manager at Grubbs Causeway Bristol) was incredibly helpful and did everything possible to help us decide on the bed and mattress. Really very impressed with the service in store and would definitely shop here again. Joe was excellent and knew his stuff.

Our advisor, Zinedane, was very helpful and knowledgable of the product we inquired about. Before we had even asked about the product, he and the other members of staff said hello and were generally very friendly. Zinedane even asked us if we wanted something to drink. When we placed the order, Zinedane covered everything confidently and clearly. Overall, very happy with our visit and purchase.

The sales man listened and understood the type of mattress my wife and I were looking for and with no pushy sales pitch helped us find the perfect one in no time.
