Zinedane was fantastic. We had both our children with us. We were only buying a double bed for one of the children. I explained and Zinedane was discreet and understood that when I wanted to talk and order the bed I wanted to do this out of ear shot of the children.

We walked in the store and were greeted by a friendly young man, Joe. We told him what we wanted and he explained that all the beds on show could be done in different colours and sizes. I selected the headboard and he showed us the various beds to suit. We then sat down and went through the order very carefully and paid for it. We then selected our delivery date. All very easy and painless.
