I am buying my first house and need a mattress for moving in. I have never bought, or if I am honest, given much thought to mattresses before. There was the potential therefore for my visit to be quite overwhelming with all the choice available, but I am pleased to say the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. James was knowledgeable and tailored the search to focus on the most suitable selection for me. He also introduced some options I had not considered before which was much appreciated because I feel that my bed purchase is all the more special because it was the culmination of a well informed choice. James' excellent level of customer service, attention to detail and cheerful manner was an unexpected nice surprise and not one I would have associated with large sale stores before today. I have to admit I entered the store this afternoon with the intention of researching and choosing my future bed, not necessarily buying because I don't like being 'sold' to. This experience was not pushy at all and was entirely comfortable.

Very clear and concise assistance made for a clear and simple set of choices to be made. Quick understanding of our needs and circumstances led to a productive experience.

The man who helps us called James was very polite and knowledgeable. He helped us to understand how the mattresses were placed and the differences without putting pressure on us. He gave us space to think about our purchase but was around to answer questioned when needed.

Karolynne was very welcoming, offered us a coffee whilst we were looking. Then gave us pillows to try the beds with. Gave us advice without pressuring us and hanging around which we appreciated. Was very friendly and chatty whilst we were ordering

Gemma looked after us extremely well. She was very knowledgable about the various products and helped to make our choice much more straight forward. She displayed considerable enthusiasm and it was a pleasure to be served by her.

The service from the colleague was very good. She gave excellent advice and was very helpful.

The salesperson was very friendly, informative and articulate, we got just what we needed with the minimum of fuss.

Friendly press of the staff. The knowledge of the staff. The professionalism of the staff. Highly effieicient.

The assistant was responsive when we walked up to her, professional and friendly in her manner, and had excellent knowledge of the products available. We found the process of buying the bed to be straightforward. We were pleased not to have to wait 6 weeks for delivery which is normally the time quoted and we were able to request the delivery on a day which we knew was suitable for us. At no point did we feel rushed even though we did spend a fair bit of time with the assistant.

Gemma was brilliant with us. Very patient while we tried many beds. Offered lots of advice but never pushed for a sale. Good choice of beds and mattresses and accessories too
