Very pleasant lady who seemed to have an impressive knowledge of the products. We eventually selected a mattress which suited our requirement having spent some time with the sales lady. We then went to John Lewis after, who were also helpful. There products were more expensive and there was a no-return policy there. Also we couldn't quite find an equivalent to the one in 'Dreams'. Hence we returned to find Karolynne. We had to wait a while for a free deskto complete the order but she kept us entertained when she could.

Very friendly member of staff who was very informative, explained all the colour codes and who had a large knowledge of the products. Not at all pushy, listened, lefts us alone to try out mattresses and kept in touch with us as we were going round and answered all our questions effectively. Lovely chap!

Our sales assistant, Gemma, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything we were looking for was available in the store.

The assistant was helpful and friendly, he was fairly new to the job but was happy to ask if he didn't know something.

Gemma and Joe were both very knowledgeable and friendly without being too pushy. Gemma listened carefully when we described the type of mattress we were looking for, then left us to choose in our own time. Joe was very approachable and chatty and we left smiling

James was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and useful. I would go as far to say it was the best customer service I have ever received.
