Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy

I was greeted warmly by two members of staff but not hassled which would have made me feel uncomfortable. They were there on hand if needed but not at all pushy. I was offered a drink and made to feel welcome.

The assistant Karolynne was extremely helpful and showed us a variety of mattress's before we settled on the one we chose.We would like to say how pleasant Karolynne was and kept offering us tea and coffee

James, the assistant, was very attentive without being pushy, he gave us time and space to consider our options but was always available if we needed further information. He was very good at assessing our needs of what we were looking for and how much time we needed to come to a decision.

The assistant who helped us, James, was very knowledgable and not pushy or seemed like he was just trying to get a sale, he actually listened to our needs, let us try out beds without disturbing us but was quickly on-hand to answer any questions. He considerately provided pillows for us to take around the store so that we would have the same ones for the various mattresses and he even made us a cup of tea! A polite and thorough young man, I felt I could trust with the advice he gave.

We spent a long time trying beds. As soon as assistant James had finished with previous customers he came over to us. He was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements. He made suggestions but was never pushy. James offered us a cup of tea which we gratefully accepted, it's thirsty work choosing a mattress! We were very impressed with the service we received.

Karolynne, our assistant from Cribbs Causeway Dreams store in Bristol was excellent. I popped in initially to look around myself and she introduced herself in a professional way. I never felt under pressure by her. I was just looking. I then returned with my fiancé after work and Karolynne was still on shift and remembered me. She gave my fiancé and I a tour of all products, pointed out things I did not know, for example differences in pillows, mattresses and so on, and after we had chosen our first. homes bed, mattress and bed sofas she made us a nice cup of tea as we ordered and went though our choices. A marvellous experience.

James was fantastic, his knowledge was fantastic and he took the time to allow us to come to our own decision and wasn’t pushy at all. Fantastic service

We felt Gemma had exceptional knowledge and narrowed our selection process down really well as it can be overwhelming when you have so many beds to choose from. We felt she was very professional and did not try to rush us in coming to a decision on which bed - we loved the demo pillows too so purchased new pillows in that range too!

It was an easy shopping experience... the assistance we received was informative, clear and we were given time to make a decision. offered drinks and our children were made to feel welcome as well.
