Assistant was very helpful and friendly. She gave us time to look around before offering assistance, and was very helpful with questions providing useful information about delivery times. She taught us about pillows which I'd never considered before, and introduced me to sprung pillows which I'd never heard of but seem to be the perfect solution for my squashed pillow & neck ache problem. We might not have our mattress yet but I'm looking forward to going to bed tonight to test drive my new pillow!

Zinedane offered the help we required regarding the products available. He was friendly, helpful and very professional. The information he provided helped us with our choice of mattress. We felt relaxed enough to lie on various beds to test out which ones suited us the most. We were provided with hot drinks and given time alone without being bothered to make our decision. I believe a number of retailers could learn about the experience provided by dreams- Thankyou!

We received exactly the right amount of attention without feeling pressure or overbearing. Products were pointed out to suit our needs, not to try and gain a greater purchase value from us!

Gemma listened to our requirements and was very very good at helping us choose the correct mattress, we'd previously been in and she suggested the right pillow to try first, but she was right and we made sure we saw Gemma, as she gave us outstanding service and time to make up our mind, without pressuring us, in our mind outstanding service

Dreams is amazing, Gemma was the best. She showed us mattresses , pillows and the rest. She was patient and great. The comfy , hybrid blueberry was our fate. Gemma was polite and helpful too. Info on mattresses she really knew. Relaxed and happy is how she made us feel. Leaving dreams with a smile, we felt we had a good deal. Gemma , gem , the diamond in the rough . We were trying mattresses everywhere but we’d just had enough. Came into the shop not feeling full of hope. But we left dreams thinking your merchandise is dope. Just one last thing, from here on in, we’ll be sleeping like a pair of true kings.

Extremely helpful staff member, I've never really shopped for a bed/mattress before and didn't know where to start. She was very helpful, with just a few questions she directed me towards the sections that would suit me best and gave me as long as I needed testing the different mattresses. The bed/mattress I bought was actually on sale with a superb discount and so was excellent value for money. I would definitely shop at Dreams again.
