The manager Joe, who was dealing with myself, wife, daughter and son-in-law,was very knowledgeable, clearly explaining about the different mattresses. As I am 90yrs old and suffering from back problems, we needed to buy the most appropriate mattress. Joe gave us time to discuss our opinions together and at no time did we feel under any pressure to purchase without much thought.

I was given the service I required without staff hounding me. The staff member was friendly, helpful and efficient.

I am a Customer Service Manager and am very influenced by good customer service. James was very helpful, explaining the colour code system in store, letting me have a pillow and letting me get on with it (which is what I wanted to do) He then assisted readily when I asked questions. He was very personable when we were doing the paperwork and the whole transaction was carries out with efficiency. The prices are good and I felt it was a good shopping experience

I went to look for a bed which i had previously seen online, i knew dreams was the best option for me as i had purchased previously from them and was it was a very easy process, also their variety was better than other places i had researched. What i like about dreams is we that we could physically see he products we had purchased and they looked aa lot better in purchase which then helped me make my final decision to purchase. The colleagues were then very helpful in explaining everything and quick with the process and there were no complicated parts.

The sales advisor, James, was extremely polite and helpful. Couldn't really ask for better customer service.
