Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We were given time to browse through our options whilst offered a hot drink. We were given a pillow to test the mattress and advised of the options which would be suite our needs and the frame we wanted to purchase. We were given time to test the mattresses on our own and were able to speak to karolynne when needed. Karolynne spoke to us with respect and knowledge which we have not always found when buying furniture from other stores as we are a young couple. Karolynne was very helpful in advising us on our delivery options as we are currently waiting to move into a new property - overall really helpful and good current deals.

The Dreams colleague, James at Cribbs Causeway Bristol was very good at listening to our requirements and sharing his knowledge without over being pushy with it. Felt his product knowledge was excellent and also advised us on all the offers and protectors we might need or want. Also was very good as leaving us to look and make our own decision without pressure but was around when we had another question. Great experience and if I had been a mystery shopper you would have been very pleased with the service.

Assistant was Karolynne who was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the products considered. Assistance was given to questions asked to obtain guidance. We have reconsidered post ordering of taking the service at cost quoted for the disposal of the old matress. We will be visiting the store post main order to pay for this disposal.

From our first contact with Zin, he was helpful, friendly, patient (with our 7 year old who was very excited to try out her new mattress choices!) and, when he wasn't sure about a particular feature, he quickly went and found the answer, so we knew he was honest and upfront - it was refreshing to walk in and not be met by the classic sales person hard pitching. We wanted to go and reflect on our choices before coming back and when we did, he was with other customers, but welcomed us back. Joe finished off the order and helped us make the right choices for what we needed, again without bombarding us with sales pushiness, but in a friendly, understanding manner which was great. All in all, the two of them really impressed us and we were very happy with our purchase and experience in store.

Went into Dreams with the intention of buying a bed, from the moment we arrived we were approached by James and he helped us with every step and gave us the best recommendation for our needs.

We had lady call Gemma look after us she was so friendly and lovely. Answer everything we ask didn’t rush us help us find the perfect bed and frame

James was really nice bloke we had a few queries about the bed we wanted and was quick to find out answers for us also gave us great advise on the tempur mattress we bought

Joe was really helpful. He offered useful advice but was not pushy in any way, and took the time to understand what we wanted before recommending a shortlist.
