Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

The sales assistant, Gemma, was not pushy or overbearing. She allowed us to browse but offered help if we needed it. She checked back in on us a few times to give us some information and then helped us narrow down our options. She made the process really easy and took the time to explain the products and options.

We were highly satisfied with our experience whilst shopping at Dreams because it was a smooth process. Karolynne was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wasn't too pushy as some salesman/women can be. She was very polite and genuine, she helped and guided us when necessary and made the experience a good one. The only thing that took a little time was the Barclays check online due to the time of year we presume but Karolynne had explained this to us.

Quick, friendly service. Not terminals available. Made tea whilst waiting. Was not bothered by wait. Gemma was very apologetic and saw to us as soon as she could.

The assistant James is very friendly and helpful. I found that my need is easy to be aware of and met quickly with the help of the assistant. He is very patient to let me try various mattress according to my need until I found the right one for me.

The service provided by the Cribbs Causeway stir manager, Joe, was thorough, friendly and he was clearly knowledgable. it was important to him that I found the right product for me rather than selling me something for as much money as possible. An excellent chap.

We had visited a number of other bed stores before coming to Dreams. All a bit of a minefield trying to select the right mattress! Gemma was fab she was so helpful and knowledgeable she guided us through the process very patiently. I suffer with a bad back hence the need for a new matress. Gemma listened to our requirements and made some suggestions getting us the right pillows to try and talked us through the make up materials and springs and support. Then left us to try everything out, popping back to check how we were doing. We made our choice with Gemma's assistance and then sat down to make the order. We were offered drinks by a number of staff and everyone was so friendly and really seemed to enjoy their jobs...nice to see a happy team that all work together. Not only did we get our mattress but also got 2 tempur pillows, a mattress protector and a new feather duvet. Prices were good and everything was easily done in one place. We'll definitely being going back to Dreams for our next purchase. Looking forward to a Dreamy nights sleep on the new mattress when it arrives. A big thank you to Gemma for her great service.
