We were looked after an extremely friendly shop assistant

Gemma the girl that served us was really helpful , not pushy and letting us look at what we wanted to look at and there when we needed to ask questions.but all the staff were chatting to us as well A very friendly team. Lovely to visit a showroom where people are so helpful. Keep up the good work.

The staff very friendly and professional, I am waiting for delivery charge of £10 as opted fro Saturday delivery , then had to change as forgot we are away .The member of staff was lovely and did not seem put out to change appointment, she says the £10 will be credited back to my account.

Zinedane, the store assistant, was extremely helpful. He advised us that the bed we were looking at was not suitable for everyday usage, and he was very patient when we asked lots of questions and tried out lots of beds. He was knowledgeable about the products, but best of all, he was lovely to our 5 year old, and chatted to her while we looked around. Shopping with a lively youngster can be stressful, but he really helped us out. The service was quick and efficient.

It was just a pleasure, we were given coffee and the advice we asked for, and not pestered or followed around the store as we made up our minds. When we had a choice of two beds we were talked through those choices. All the staff were pleasant and friendly - just what a customer needs.
