We were highly satisfied because we had good straight forward sound advice. Karolynne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us make an informed decision on our purchase of two mattresses. We were offered tea and coffee and were made to feel very welcome

Very helpful staff member (Karolynne) withiut being over-intrusive. Sufficient range of products on display to be able to make a decision in one visit.

Very attentive staff which offered pillows to fully "test" the mattresses on display. We were offered advice on which mattresses would suit our needs best, and given plenty of time to compare which option we wanted to choose. Instore staff were also generous in offering hot/cold drinks.

We were informed of the different types of mattresses and given advice on how to find out if they suited us. The young man was very helpful and informative. The cup of tea he made us went down well too!

Friendly greeting when we entered the store. Excellent information and assistance. Given time to try out lots of mattresses with no hassle. Free delivery of mattress and collection of old mattress at reasonable fee is very welcome.
