James was very Knowledgeable, he gave us time to speak together didn't harass us but was there when we needed his help and advice

James the store assistant who helped us was very knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and offered various options, explained the differences so we could make an informed decision. He was not pushy and we never felt under pressure to buy anything at anytime, he just tried to fit our needs as best as he could

Customer service was amazing. Gemma was knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for her.

James was really friendly as soon as we walked in. We were given some information About the products we were interested and then left to our devices to test the squish factor of the beds which we appreciated. James was not pushy and helped us from start to finish and was very knowledgeable !

Gemma was very knowledgeable and helpful. She had an excellent approach allowed us as the customer to feel comfortable and did not do the hard sell thing which we hate. Gave us time to try the mattresses and to discuss in private our options. Once we decided to go ahead she explained everything clearly and had a good sense of humour. A definate asset to your company. Surprised though to learn that after spending over £2000 we would have to pay nearly £10 for a Saturday delivery

Melanie, the assistant offered help as soon as we entered shop. She had a gentle yet extremely well informed manner. I had only intended to browse as we don’t yet have a confirmed moving date but she informed me I could place order while there was a good discount available and it could be held for me. I had already looked online so knew roughly what I wanted but was given the opportunity to test mattresses by lying on them. I found it much easier to gauge colours of headboards and beds in the showroom.

The store had a good range of beds, in fact all the ones we were interested in. The sales assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, to the point of even moving beds about for us.

Zinedane greeted me the moment I entered the shop and without any hard sell was very informative about the mattress range I was looking for and took time to explain and discuss various options.He was attentive and also gave me some time to try out the mattresses out on my own to make a final decision. It was a very easy transaction. Zinedane has pleasant manner and appears knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful.
