The sales assistant was very personable, very informative but also gave us time to try out the products available. It was a bitterly cold day and we were given a very welcome cup of coffee.

I was shopping for a new mattress with my disabled mother. We were assisted by Gemma who demonstrated excellent product knowledge, patience and enthusiasm to ensure that my mum took plenty of time to select the bed that was right for her. Gemma also impressed me because she spoke directly to my mum rather than to me, which often happens when I am shopping with my mum. Gemma was also very good at selling additional items, such as pillows, duvet, mattress cover and insurance by explaining the benefits of each without pressurising for a sale. I was very impressed with her.

The assistant wasn't overbearing, he made sure we were aware he was available for assistance if needed but then let us browse in our own time. When questioned on technical information he had a large amount of knowledge of the products on offer, and was able to show us a product which matched our requirements.

Gemma was very helpful. She listened to what we needed and liked and found us some lovely bedside tables to match our new TV bed that we have purchased and our new Matress. Thank you Gemma

Friendly Staff, under stood our needs and offered valued experience to us. We were made to feel valued, which is rare these days, thank you for that. Easy to deal with and rather swift processing of order.

Zinedane was an absolute star. He didnt pressure us into buying anything but was relaxed and happy. He made me a great cup of tea as we had been from shop to shop looking at beds and it was a great cup of tea in a proper mug (happy face as only offered plastic cups in other shops) what a great personal thing to do. He was chatty but not pushy and a really lovely young man, He was patient as we did take rather a long time to decide , I think that was due to me changing my mind every 5 minutes. He is an absolute asset to Dreams. Thank you Zinedane .

A very good selection of mattress and beds. Staff very very friendly and accommodating. The member of staff who helped us had excellent product knowledge and was sensitive - i.e. not pushy.

I was given the product info that I needed to make a good choice of mattress and I was then left to make my choice without any sales pressure from the staff. Friendliness of staff, offered tea/coffee and told to take as long as I liked trying out the mattresses!
