We were greeted and invited to have beverages and if needed assistance we could ask. We never felt under pressure at any time to buy and we were able to take our time even as it became busy

My partner and I didn’t have a clear idea of what we wanted but the range of mattresses available for us to try made our shopping experience simple and enjoyable. The ordering and payment process was quick and the staff were friendly and full of helpful advice.

Needed help finding a mattress for my wife who has had a spine operation. And is unable to come to the store. James at cribbs causeway was unbelievable in his approach. Listening no pressure and a bucket of patients. He was in no rush and was fully aware of the product he was showing me and understanding my requirements...

We were shown all the products we were interested in and given time to try them and decide which was suitable for our needs. We had helpful information on all the products but were given ample time to make our decision. James was most helpful and is a very pleasant young man.

Karolynne was very knowledgeable on the bed we were purchasing and ran through all the additional services we could have , she made us a coffee and generally made us feel welcome .overall it was a great experience

The sales assistant James let us explain what type of mattress we wanted. He guided us through various types of mattress inviting us to try out several and in doing so also allowed my wife to use a pillow that was suitable for her neck problems. He was not overbearing leaving us to spend several minutes on each of the various mattresses to allow our bodies to settle. This was certainly the best customer service that we have ever received whilst buying a mattress.

The sales person Gemma was excellent. She really listened to our needs and made ‘trying out’ the most suitable mattresses really easy. She talked through all mattresses that met our criteria and then talked through the differences in each of these options. We had planned to look around a few different stores to choose a mattress but Gemma helped us find the perfect mattress. The other members of staff in store were also really friendly whilst we were in store.
