After visiting other furniture stores in the area and receiving very little help Gemma was a breath of fresh air. Her product knowledge was excellent. She understood exactly what we were looking for. She wasn't pushy. We didn't buy on our first visit but came back a few days later and Gemma completed our order. Excellent individual service.

The staff member who served me was not pushy or robotic. He listened and catered to exactly what I wanted. Customer service is always paramount to me and the service I received was a major factor to me making my purchase, unfortunately the manager wasn’t as professional as the sales assistant, that was surprising and disappointing.

We had been to two mattress retailers last week and also looked up the "Which" reviews for pocket-sprung mattresses. Our assistant Karolynne listened to our needs and feedback on some mattresses that we tried. Then she steered towards one that seemed suitable. She humoured us while we tried several others and we came back to the one she had suggested. "Her" mattress was in the flash sale, and the discount was a pleasant surprise which clinched the deal. The order and delivery options were patiently explained, and the order placed without any waiting for us.
