Both Katheryn and Joe (Manager) could not have been more helpful in assisting me to purchase an adjustable bed for my handicapped daughter and arranging for VAT exemption. Delivery has now taken place and my daughter states, "She is now able to sleep like a baby."

The store was very easy to find. Karolynne was very friendly asking us questions to help us find the correct mattress, she was knowledgeable and then gave us space to walk around and try out the mattresses, she even gave us our own pillows to use. She checked on us to see if we needed her assistance and even offered us tea & coffee. The store was very clean, well lite and spacious and plenty of beds to try

Gemma could not have done more to help us. Was good at leaving us to try out beds and helping us bring down the choices to one or two. Gave us plenty of time to try out bed and gave us apillow to help. Made us a cup kf tea too.10/10 to her.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and attentive but not over bearing. We were even offered tea or coffee which was a nice touch. She allowed us to wander around the store to make our minds up and didn't try to over sell the item we chose. Overall our experience was positive and we will be recommending Dreams to friends and family. This is of course written before themselves so if the delivery can match the service in store I will give you more feedback.

James greeted us cheerily as we arrived and asked lots of key questions to work out exactly what I needed. He then took me through several options systematically to helped me understand my best options. No hard sell. Great listening!
