Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We already knew the product that we were looking for and although a visit to the dreams branch in gloucester was a waste of time due to the sales persons lack of interest in me as a customer and also no knowlege of the products that we were after. We travelled to the Cibbs causeway branch where we were greeted by the pleasant manored James. He listened to our needs and asked the relevant questions regarding our purchase. We had read on line the bed was on at least a 5 week wait so we were happy to told in will be delivered in 2 weeks.

The friendliness of the staff and the efficient way they were of help to us

Everytime visiting the store have been met by the staff in pleasant manner, without forcing theirself on us. They have been informative and knowledgeable. A previous visit they have been flexible in delivery schedule. Overall always a very good experience.

The Sales assistance Karolynne was very informed and helpful. I went onto the sleep machine and then she made me a cup of tea, while I tried out all the recommended mattresses. I didn't feel any pressure to spend money on the most expensive mattress The order was made and any sale offers were offered up to me. All round it was a great visit for a change
