Gemma was friendly and didn't rush us. She showed us a few different option. We were looking for an oversized bed for my tall son so Gemma found out all the info necessary so that we could make an informed decision. One thing I did think was the head boards were overpriced.

I was served by Gemma, as the bed is for my h/let, she had good knowledge of the type of bed more particularly the mattress. She was informative (no waffle) and efficient with her order placement (I would have liked a discount - did ask) but setting that aside, no discount very satisfied to have paid.

The assistant was approachable and helpful. She was knowledgeable, I told her my requirements and she showed me the mattresses in my price range and suitability. It was an easy process. Shame I had to pay £9.99 for Saturday delivery though.

The sleep scanning machine. Good selection of beds. Clearly marked and displayed. Spacious showroom. Helpful staff. Natural fibres in mattress. Recycling option, assured that it is recycled and not just sent to landfill. No delivery fee.

The member of staff who dealt with us was very friendly and polite.

The friendly and approachable sales associate (James) was very knowledgeable and recommended mattresses which were perfect for both my partner and I.
