over all a great experience even tho we spent almost 3 k on a tv bed we left feeling great and am looking forward to it being delivered

Quiet store, but the staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the product and helpful. it was early on a saturday, so quiet, but staff availability compared to competitors locally very good.

Simply needed a mattress... Dreams provided a sleep test, options to suit me, and to top it off 0% on the mattress of my choosing with no pressure of hassle. I would go there again, and I would say it is a great shop to choose the mattress to suit you.

The store was clean and has a good layout. The thing that made our experience so great was down to James, who didn't pressure us, was friendly, warm and welcoming. He made us feel at ease and shared great information and had a wealth of knowledge. He left my husband and myself to talk and discuss what we wanted to do and then would come back to check on us after a bit of time. Without James we would have struggled to know what mattress was best and may not have even purchased one. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience with Dream and to purchase a bed within our budget. We loved receiving the free pillows, a lovely little gift.

Karolynne was very attentive, but not pushy. She helped us find exactly what we needed, and gave us space to make the decisions and talk with each other. She was really friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable.

She didn’t push when we explained some of the items recommended were out of our budget and took us straight to the next best thing.
