Quick and easy. I asked what we needed and it was delt with quickly. We were shown several options and was out of the store in 15 minutes.

We had little idea what sort of mattress we are looking when we arrived, but Karolynne directed to the magic Dreams machine which measured what would fit us best. The range of products were great and we have been given a lot of help and advice, overall a very pleasant experience.

We were impressed with the technology available to help choose the correct bed for us.We were very impressed with the choice of beds and mattresses available. The quality and price, especially with the TV beds, was very competitive. My wife and I would recommend dreams to anyone looking for a good quality bed and mattress at a reasonable price.

We walked in to the store and had a try of a couple of beds then the assistant told us about a machine which could tell us about which bed would be suitable for our needs. Tried the recommended beds from the results given and made a purchase from one on the recommended list. We were also offered a drink and we were very happy with the service given

The staff were very friendly & helpful and answered any questions we asked but also gave us time to browse. The quality of the products were great & just what we were looking for after visiting a lot of other stores in the area.
