The assistant was polite itold her what I needed she led me through the products on offer knew what she was talking about always refreshing left the shop with a feeling of a job well done

We were very impressed with the quality of the service that we received and the amount of time the assistant took with us to explain everything. We were able to try several mattresses that he recommended. All the staff were very friendly and we even had a cup of coffee.

Gemma, who served us was very patient and very helpful. She wasn't pushy and left us to try beds in our own time. There was plenty of choose and we were happy with the cost.

The experience was enjoyable, quick and easy. Felt like my preferences were listened to and at no point felt pushed or ‘sold to.’ The beds speak for themselves and cannot wait for my mattress to arrive! Nice that it was quick and didn’t feel there was any time wasted.
