At last we have the right mattress. The representative James was brilliant with little word he knew exactly the bed for us James was professional courteous and attentive. I want you to relay this information to him he was a great representative for Dreams. We have had the mattress for only one night and Its the best sleep I have had in ages. The young man names Joe, put us on a computerised bed. Then with the result we tryed out the recommend mattresses. He was very patient and we did not fill rushed. This is our second time to dreams.

We had a fantastic service and experience at Dreams. Walked away with the perfect mattress as well as other items. Karolynne was a brilliant sales adviser talked us through the whole process. The store was clean, well lit and well set out. There was a wide range of choices in type and price range. The sleep match is a fantastic tool and really helped narrow down our choices instead of wandering around aimlessly trying to find something.
