Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

First time shopping at dreams. We were acknowledged as we came through the door, we walked around for about 3 minuets while (Gemma) was finishing off with a previous customer. She came over as soon as she was finished and introduced herself. We were then positioned the new bed analysing machine, which may I add was really interesting and a great way to introduce someone to the reasons Dreams does what it does. Once we got the results of the mattress we should be looking for we were guided through the selection with great knowledge and advice. We settled with a fully synthetic for our new bed frame, the comfort and the price were great for our budget didn’t damage the bank to much along with (saving for a wedding to be wed this September). I am overall highly Satisfied with the experience I had at Dreams and will highly recommend. Thanks again for your support cant wait for the bed to arrive on the 19th July 2019.

The sales assistant Karolynne was very attentive, she offered us drinks and offered us the mattress matched experience to understand our needs. She was then very knowledgable about the results and left us alone with ample time to make a decision. She spent enough time with us to explain the product and left us with enough time and space to make a decision about the product without feeling pressured. She also phoned the store manager to ask if the cashback price we had seen on quidco could be matched.

We were assisted straight away and Gemma’s product knowledge was great. Quick and easy service.

We purchased the product that we wanted and it can be delivered on the day that we wanted.

James took the time to assist me with the type of mattress that would be suitable for me. He then explained about each mattress before I tried them, and left me to consider without me feeling pressured at all. He explained about delivery, finance options and was very knowledgeable in general.
