I was served by James in the Bristol cribbs Causeway branch, I was helped quickly and the help I received was great. James was very honest and personable and showed great knowledge of your products - as well as listening intently to my partner and I's needs.

The whole process of choosing a mattress was very thorough. I enjoyed being fitted by height and weight. I was given cheerful, friendly advice by the lady who looked after me.

Staff very friendly, patient and knowledgeable asking what I needed/wanted and about the available space, suggesting several possibly suitable items, allowed plenty of time to test and decide with nothing being pushed, staff offered a cup of tea or coffee during order and explained everything clearly as I was ordering a bespoke item they tried to find the earliest delivery date even calling head office to find out construction times. They offered extended warranty but did not push it. Store was clean and well laid out.

We were attended by store manager who went throuh all options , very frindly and had good knowledge of products.

THe sleeping test mashine helped us a great deal to make a choice in the mattres. The person helping us was very forwardcoming.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff member.

The sales assisstant was very helpful, pleasant.& knowledgeble without being too pushy, which we would have found offputting. It was a satisfying experience.
