Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

We called into the Dreams store in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol quite late in the day. A lovely lady by the name of Karolynne was very helpful to us, giving us just the right amount of attention. She showed us all the options and then left us to try the mattresses for ourselves. Karolynne also made us a lovely cup of tea, which was very much appreciated. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to friends and relatives, and the Tempur mattresses are second to none. Thank You.

Gemma who served us couldn't have been more helpful. She spent a lot of time with us and explained everything. Only thing disappointed with is that you cannot supply us a Hugo super King headboard.

A very pleasant experience, Gemma was so informative and helpful, I bought exactly the bed that was suitable for my needs. The staff are so well trained and answered all of my questions with no hesitation, it really was a pleasure to shop in your store. This is my second purchase and now the bed has been delivered; it's just right!! I will mention that the delivery team were just as efficient, Well done Dreams.

Karolynne was extremely knowledgeable and recommended we used the dreams bed matching machine, after that she had plenty of time and friendly chat with us whilst showing us the best Matress was!

We liked the mattress test machine

James was super-helpful, both on the day of purchase and the previous day when we'd been in and took plenty of time to answer all our questions. When I wanted to order a pillow that wasn't in stock, he was even keen to drive to another store to get me one.

Great staff, tried the sleep machine to pick perfect mattress for us, whilst a little more than we wanted to pay we are praying for a good night sleep when it arrives.

James, the assistant helping us, his knowledge of products and honest opinion helped us decide what was right for us
