Gemma was really great, and our journey was a great experience from start to finish. Flowed very well. Really pleased with the discounts we received through the current promotions and the advisors knowledge on all the products was fantastic, definitely made the experience more enjoyable than we had anticipated.

Was greeted quite politely upon entering the store. My queries were understood and answered sufficiently. I was given the assistance full attention even after being indecisive about my choice of purchase. He remained professional and enthusiastic about helping get the product that was best for me , by giving me all the product information available. He was very proficient!

The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and the store was well stocked and well presented. We didn't feel pressured to upgrade, we were provided with the different options, prices and benefits, and allowed to take our time deciding.

The first salesman was busy but he took the time to ask if he could help and he arranged for another sales person to speak with us within 3 minutes and we were looked after very well and our order was promptly processed thanks to your wonderful staff at your cribs causeway store
