Staff were very helpful but made an incorrect price entry and had to redo the order the next day which they did with the minimum of bother. I am still a week later awaiting the return of the overcharge made which seems rather a long time in view of the fact that thay could take my payment in hours

When my partner and I first moved in together 2 years ago we visited Dreams in Cribbs Causeway looking for a new mattress. We didn't have any knowledge about mattresses but we were greeted by Karolynne who made us feel very welcome and explained everything to us. At that time, we were given a bed and mattress so we postponed our purchase, but we kept the card Karolynne gave us with the details of the mattress. This time, 2 years later we visited other stores, however the product knowledge, choice and service wasn't the same. We came back to Dreams and thankfully Karolynne was there to help us. Again she made us feel very welcome, offered us tea and coffee, and went through the sleep match technology to find a mattress that was right for us. One of the beds that showed up was the updated version of the mattress we were previously going to buy. We tried it, and again it was our favourite one, so we knew that this was defintely the right one. We really wanted to make sure we bought the right mattress for us, and we are 100% certain we have. Thank you!

Joe was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us time as a family to talk and decide on our purchase, but was always there if we needed help or more information. The showroom was well laid out and clean. We visited all the bed shops in the area and came back to dreams as Joe was by far the best sales man and was giving the best experience. The products were great and we left very happy. I would certainly recommend Dreams Cribbs Causeway Bristol.

Assistance was readily available and the assistant was not in any way pushy. He listened and acted on what I told him.
