Trouble free experience

The store was open until 8pm during the week, which gave us time to visit after work. I had viewed the items that we wanted to look at, online the night before and it was very convenient to narrow down the choice on line & then physically see the items in the store the following day. Your colleague Zinedane, approached me soon after we had arrived and asked if he could help, but when we said I was just looking he did not hassle us and just advised that if we needed any assistance then please ask him. We did go back to him and he was helpful and informative, showing us styles, colours and if something was not on display in the shop, then invited us to view it on a large computer screen - he couldn't have been more helpful.

Everything was very easy and quick

Loved the sleep/mattress identifier, staff very helpful and treated with respect and genuinely wanted to help us Store - clean and neat Zinedane went above and beyond in recommending us the mattress and also dint rush us to the purchase, he was patient

Satisfied as the sales man Gareth understood that I was on a budget. Took the guess work out of choosing a mattress by using the diagnostic bed thing! Wasn’t pushy in showing me beds out of my budget. Encouraged me to take my time even though they were obviously short staffed and rushed off their feet. Also found my car key which dropped out of my pocket as I led down on a bed.
