Dreams - Bristol Cribbs Causeway

Today I visited my local dreams store in search of a new mattress. I wasn’t really sure what I was looking for, I just started out by lying on the available mattresses to see what I thought. I was approached by the store manager Joe, who was extremely polite and helpful. He spoke to myself and my husband about Sleep Match, he explained the process and how it would help to identify the best type of mattress for us. We were really impressed with the sleep match process and it narrowed down the options for us which was really helpful. Joe then gave us the recommended pillows to try while also testing out the mattresses. The pillows were amazing and made a huge difference to testing out the mattresses, we were excited to find out we could purchase the exact pillows in store that day. The whole process of buying a new mattress seemed a bit overwhelming at the start, with so many options to choose from. Joe made the whole process so straight forward and personalised to exactly what we needed. We are so happy with our new mattress and pillows. I will definitely return to Dreams when I’m ready to upgrade our bed frame, the customer services and overall experience was spot on.

Excellent salesperson (Zindeine). He took the time to explain all the options and technical aspects of the products. He was not pushy. He managed to balance assistance without being overbearing.

I was served by MELANIE who provided OUTSTANDING customer service. She was welcoming from the moment I entered the store. She was happy for me to browse before I asked for assistance. She listened carefully to what I wanted, showed me a wide range of appropriate products, was VERY knowledgeable about each of the products, and put me under NO pressure to make a quick decision. I was in the store for an hour and a half, was made an excellent cup of tea and, because of the quality of customer service I received, I was very confident about making a purchase.

The assistant was extremely friendly, helpful and absolutely brilliant throughout our visit.
