Joe at dreams (wilton branch) made us feel really at ease through the whole process. We knew what mattress we wanted but as we were on a budget he helped us with divan bases and getting the finance that suited us. Everything went really smooth and he was really a lovely guy, didn't at any point feel like he was forcing us into anything or over selling products which was really refreshing.

Assistants available straight away. Warm, friendly and knowledgable assistant. The sleep analyser gave us confidence in our final choice. Very patient assistant allowing us to take our time on lots of different beds and also giving us time to ourselves to chat the decision through.

We were very pleased with the employee Gemma at the Bristol Cribbs Causeway Branch, who took time to explain everything and she made sure we understood everything. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Gemma was very friendly and polite, it was a pleasure being served by her and a credit to her Employers

Staff asked if we needed help but weren't pushy. I didn't feel like staff were hovering at all. I felt comfortable in the showroom, it was a pleasant place to be.

Gemma listened to all of our needs, showed us the correct mattress that would be good for us using the sleepright beds. Gemma also gave us a deal which worked great for us as well as we have just bought our first house together

Gemma was great in store, very knowledgeable and super helpful. I was on a budget and she was very honest about what would work for me for how I sleep etc. All staff were lovely and friendly. Amazing service all round

The store assistant, Gemma was very knowledgeable and friendly. She helped us every step of the way and gave brilliant advice. We had no idea where to start and left with the best mattress ever.
