There was a very welcoming atmosphere. The store manager, Joe, who dealt with us was highly knowledgeable and was able to communicate his knowledge in an effective way. He was able to answer all our queries and helped us to reach what we believe to be the correct choice.

After visiting several other bed stores Dreams staff were the most informed and helpful when choosing, they take into account budget and personal preferences without pressure to purchase giving ample time to try out various options after selecting types suitable for our sleep needs The advice on pillows was amazing too after numerous pillow purchases from high streets previously now having the knowledge we hope to now have blissful nights sleep!

Karolynne was very helpful, friendly and put us at ease. She made our whole family drinks and really gave us the time, space and knowledge to make the right decision. We were all incredibly pleased with what we have purchased and would definitely return to Dreams again!

Karolynne from the store at Cribbs Causeway was extremely helpful. When we turned up they were very busy but it only took a few minutes for someone to come over and offer us help. Had Karolynne not have come over we may have purchased a mattress not suitable. However, Karolynne helped us go on the machine in store to understand what we needed. We tried lots of beds at a range of different prices and managed to find the perfect one. Karolynne helped us with all of the different ways of paying and made me a lovely coffee whilst we went through the details. Really easy and enjoyable experience. We are really looking forward to getting our new bed now! Counting down the days! Thank you so much.
