Zinedane was very thorough and pleasant and talked us through everything that we needed to know, even made my wife and I a very nice cup of tea.

I was met by a very pleasant young man (sorry can't remember his name, something like Vin) as soon as I entered the store. On explaining that I was looking for a new bedhead he gave me a quick introduction to the products on display and encouraged me to look around the store at examples. I found what I was looking for and once again he came to my assistance. The purchase was completed in no time at all. I do not feel that the experience could have been improved in any way.

The assistant Gareth was very good; he was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy.

We were served by Gemma in the Cribbs Causeway store. She was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. Would go back again because of her professionalism

The lady that helped us was very friendly and very informative. She helped us with using the bed machine. She was very knowledgeable about the different beds and gave us her full attention. We were pleased with the delivery time.

Disabled access was good, plenty of room to look at the beds and mattresses. Zinedane didn't push, but seemed to know when I was ready for help. He answered questions politely and was knowledgeable about the beds. I made my selection and paid for the mattress. Delivery date offered was much sooner than I expected.
