Excellent customer service which was relaxed and informative. The sales assistant had a great knowledge of products and took the time to ensure we selected the best mattress for us. The mattress analyst machine was also a great help in understanding what type of mattress we should be trying during our selection.

Great overall experience

Gemma took us through the assessment where we had to lie on the bed and to see what type of mattress best suited us. This was really good to know as we have always gone for a firm matress but it recommended medium. On testing out the beds that Gemma recommended I could really feel a considerable amount of difference to our current firm mattress. We were shown a selection was which good as we then could contrast and compare and spent some time testing each one out. Gemma also gave us alot of really useful information regarding pillows and mattress protectors etc. I felt she really knew her stuff and spent the time to explain to us what each mattress was good for. I also wanted quite a bold coloured headboard so Gemma showed me the headboards that were available in brighter colours in the style i was after. . We were really impressed with Gemma and her product knowledge and even though it was alot to spend, the offer of the 3 year interest free credit made this a much more manageable sum to deal with spread across 3 years. We never at any time felt Gemma was pushy and infact we left to get a coffee and think about it and returned 30 mins later to purchase.

The service was amazing! Gemma spent a good deal of time with us. We tried the Dreams sleep match and Gemma walked us around the store so we could try all of our options. She had a lot of knowledge and we felt comfortable enough to ask her all of the questions we had. Nothing felt like it was too silly to ask. She helped us pick the perfect mattress and pillows for us based on the results we had in the sleep match and what we discussed with her. Initially we visited on Sunday and she spent all this time with us. Then we left to visit two other stores who also sold Tempur. We managed to receive the same mattress with a lower price at another retailer, however the service was disgraceful. We came back on Monday buy with Dreams purely based on the customer service (costing ourselves an extra £300!)

We new which sale item we were there for and an assistant explained where to find it, then we had the item fully explained before the order was promptly placed. Very efficient and polite services.

I am impressed in the different type of mattress that is available. Being able to lay on all that we’re in the shop has given me confidence that I have purchased that right one for me, especially as I have osteoporosis in my back and I can now look forward to having good nights sleep. Karolyanne the assistant was helpful and put me at ease, nothing was too much trouble to her I look forward to my delivery.
