Gemma was very professional and help us in every way to find what we were looking for and within our budget

From the minute we stepped into the showroom we were greeted, we were offered the sleep experience machine which we did take. This resulted in several beds to try, upon trying we were told about the mattresses and were offered pillows to try with. The whole thing Felt very relaxed no pressure selling and we felt comfortable with our choice. Upon purchase we were also offered drinks an overall please purchase experience, would highly recommend

Karolynne, one of your customer service advisers greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile on a very rainy Saturday morning. She made us feel as customers that she was interested in meeting our needs. Although we couldn’t remember the exact make of bed we were looking for Karolynne took the time to discuss various options with us resulting in us remembering the make of bed we were interested it. She also got us to utilise the sleepmatch programme which helped us to narrow our choice of mattress. She showed us three beds based on the sleepmatch programme outcome whilst listening to our specific requirements honed further once we had layed on those three beds. Whilst we were still deciding she offered us a hot drink and the cup of Coffee and Tea for myself and my husband was very welcome on a very wet Saturday. We brought the mattress and two pillows at a cost of £1,052. Karolynne was also able to meet our preferred delivery date which coincided with our Working From Home day. Many thanks. Lorna Coleman.
