The items we tried out and bought were fantastic, the members of staff were all so friendly and knowledgable, we were served by Zinedane and he was fantastic!

I went in for a mattress and had no idea what to buy as I suffer with back problems. I was impressed with the sleepmatch to find exactly what I needed and Gareth was extremely helpful and patient when I was choosing the right mattress. I couldn't fault the service.

From the minute we arrived we were greeted and asked if we would like a drink. Gemma then asked us what we were looking for and we said we would like to try the sleep body mapping bed, she then showed us the results and what mattresses we had a choice from. The Dreams colleague, Karolynne, was very friendly and knowledgeable and not at all "pushy". We were allowed time on our time to discuss things, and she was willing and able to answer any questions that we had, without hesitation.`she greeted us on arrival and offered us the "sleepmatch" service, which we took advantage of. Once we had done this, she gave us each a pillow and took us to the various beds to try out; she even offered us a drink! Excellent service!

Great customer service. Member of staff was not pushy. Helped us on the machine and then showed us the mattress and gave us time to go back to all of them alone ad checked back in on us.
