Gareth was friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in. He came straight over and explained the sleep machine to us and set us up ready to go. He asked us about what we were looking for and why and then showed us the mattresses and explained the differences between them. Gave us time to decide and helped us narrow down our choices by asking us questions. Made it easy for us.

We visited the Bristol Cribbs causeway store and All staff were very friendly, we were offered refreshments on both visits to the store and made to feel very welcome. Staff were very knowledgeable and helped us out a lot. Highly recommended the store.

We entered the store intending to test some of the mattresses to find the right one for us, and possibly buy it from Dreams. Thanks to the incredible service we received in the store, we left knowing exactly which mattresses suited us best thanks to the Sleepmatch machine, we found the perfect one for us, and we ordered not just the mattress but also the bed frame and bedding too.

Staff were highly attentive throughout, but also allowed us plenty of time to browse and discuss without pressure. Our needs were discussed in detail. Suggestions and advice was given, but our preferences were respected.
