WE WERE GREETED AS SOON AS WE ENTERED THE STORE. WE THEN WERE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO USE THE DREAMS SLEEP EXPERIENCE MACHINE WHICH WAS VERY INFORMATIVE. MELANIE (BRISTOL CRIBBS CAUSEWAY STORE) WAS VERY PLEASANT AND ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HER FACE AND EVEN MADE US A MUG OF COFFEE. HER KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WAS EXCELLENT AND SELLING SKILLS WERE IMMENSE. THE PRODUCTS IN STORE WERE A GOOD SELECTION OF BEDS FOR US TO MAKE A DECISION FROM.

The sales assistant was very polite, friendly and helpful. He took time to discuss what I needed and was happy to advise me. The sale was handled quickly and efficiently. I hope the delivery service is as good.
