Gareth at the Cribbs Causeway branch was excellent his all round customer service was outstanding the time he took out of his day to explain and help us find the right bed frame , mattress and other products. Gareth is a credit to the company. We didn’t feel forced into having to buy something we were given time and space to think about our needs. Would definitely recommend this store to family and friends.

Gareth was attentive on our first visit, on 26th November, even though he was working solo in the store, (Cribbs Causeway, Bristol). Was managing more than one set of customers, offering excellent customer service, well he was to myself and my husband, cannot, obviously speak for the other sets of customers. We came back because of the service received, without pressure on that day! Excellent Customer Service provided. We were offered a drink, a try out pillow, and a sleep match. He greeted us when we came into the store, was polite and courteous throughout our 2 visits.
