The test bed was good to determine which types of mattresses were suitable (which is what we though i.e. firm/medium). While lying on the test bed, the Dreams employee Melanie, spoke to our 3 year old and our 1 year old to keep them company while we had to lie on the bed and this was greatly appreciated and above the standard of care we expected. Melanie was very patient while we tried out all the mattresses and was patient as we juggled looking after our children.

We were served right away and made to feel very comfortable. The sales assistant understood that some discretion was needed with my companion when dealing with financial information. Overall, we felt we were given the opportunity to chose the product that was best for us.

Gareth the sales assistant at Cribbs Causeway was fantastic. Really knowledgeable, he took us through the sleepmatch machine understood what were looking for and even stayed after he was supposed to leave to help us out! Fantastic customer service skills.

Joe the store manager looked after us and we were very impressed with his knowledge. Its been a long time since we had a new mattress and we had no idea what we needed! Joe put us on the magic bed which read our stats to give him the perfect idea for what we required, narrowing it down to hopefully the perfect mattress and pillows for the both of us.

As we are first time buyers, we have no knowledge in mattresses. We were very impressed with the knowledge the staff knew about each bed/mattress and also the friendly welcoming we were greeted with. We had a few different staff members approach us asking if we need any help and assistance which made it nice to know there was help if we needed it.
